Try before you buy

Every Mac gets a 3-day unlimited free trial and a free daily hour afterwards, so you can check that MSM Connect works with your Mac, iPhone and apps before paying.

Refunds

• First purchase: if MSM Connect doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: you can cancel any time before the next renewal. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but contact us if you forgot to cancel — we review each case fairly.
• Yearly plans: the 14-day refund also applies to the first yearly payment.

How to request a refund

Email contact@msm-connect.com with the email used at checkout and your order number. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method; your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
