Terms of Service

MSM Connect is operated by MSM APPS (Adjud, Romania) (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@msm-connect.com. These Terms govern your use of the MSM Connect Mac application, its iPhone component, the AI assistant connector and related services (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MSM Connect lets you mirror and control your own iPhone from your Mac, import media into the iPhone Photos library and run automated posting recipes for supported social media apps. The iPhone component is built and signed with your own Apple ID and requires Developer Mode on your iPhone.

2. Accounts, trial and plans

• Each Mac receives one 3-day free trial with unlimited use, starting at the first phone connection.
• After the trial, the Free plan includes 1 hour of control per day. Paid plans (Standard, Pro, Business) include the daily time, number of iPhones and features described on our pricing page.
• A license is valid for one Mac at a time and can be deactivated and moved to another Mac.
• Creating extra trials, sharing licenses or tampering with usage limits or license checks is not allowed.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which also calculates and collects applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, the plan remains active for a 3-day grace period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the Service only with devices and accounts you own or are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the terms of each social media platform, including disclosure rules for AI-generated and promotional content.
• Do not use the Service for spam, fake engagement, unauthorized access, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on products of third parties, including Apple (macOS, iOS, Xcode, Apple Developer Program), social media platforms and payment providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, their changes, their fees or pricing changes, or for problems caused by them. A paid Apple Developer Program membership is recommended, not required; its cost and terms are set by Apple.

6. Third-party AI assistants

MSM Connect can be used with AI assistants chosen by you (for example Claude or ChatGPT) through the included connector. These assistants are third-party services: their configuration, the instructions and information you give them, and their costs, limits and changes are outside our control. We support the operation of MSM Connect posting recipes when they are called through the connector tools and the requirements in the MSM Connect AI guide are met (including full Photos access and signed-in accounts on the phone). We are not responsible for the results of actions an AI assistant performs outside those tools, for expectations beyond the features described, for content published at your request, or for decisions of social media platforms (moderation, reach, restrictions).

7. App changes on social platforms

Social media apps change their interfaces regularly. We update our posting recipes within a reasonable time. Until an update is available, a recipe may stop safely without publishing and will show the reason.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and recipes, is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except as permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, account restrictions on third-party platforms, or damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend licenses used in breach of these Terms.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
